Our Commitment

The Community Association is committed to maintaining at least the following services on Isola di Albarella:

Surveillance and Security

Continuous service for safety, access control, and the protection of residents.

Fire Prevention

Prevention measures and rapid response services to ensure island safety.

Road Traffic Management

Internal traffic management for safe and orderly mobility.

Forestry Services

Care and preservation of the island’s green areas and natural ecosystem.

Internal Transport

Convenient and sustainable internal mobility services.

Cleaning of Common Areas

Ongoing maintenance to keep shared spaces clean and well maintained.

Waste Collection

Efficient waste collection and management services.

The Community Association may extend its activities, subject to a specific resolution, to include:

    • Management, operation, and ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipped areas intended for sports services under the responsibility of the Community Association
    • Management of traffic and road circulation issues throughout the island territory
    • Provision of facilities for the establishment of a police or carabinieri station or guard post
    • Operation and management of restaurants in the common interest and at shared expense, should the existing services on the island prove insufficient
    • Supervision of shop and public venue signage, advertising lighting, and sound advertising systems, in order to preserve the decorum of the environment and public peace
    • Organization of public telephone points, postal services, signage systems, and possible transport connections by vehicle with the town of Rosolina
Services under the responsibility of the Community Association may also be entrusted to third parties.
